Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): We create a bespoke, data-driven PPM strategy for your building to prevent equipment failure and breakdowns before they happen. This proactive approach involves scheduled inspections and servicing designed to save you time and money by reducing the likelihood of system failure. We continuously monitor our performance against the KPIs that matter to you.
Statutory Compliance: We take on the critical responsibility of your building’s compliance. Our teams manage all statutory works, including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting, F-Gas regulations, and lift maintenance, providing a fully auditable trail and complete peace of mind.
24/7 Reactive Maintenance: For unexpected issues, our reactive maintenance service is available 24 hours a day. All requests are managed by our dedicated FM Helpdesk, which coordinates our engineers to ensure any breakdown is resolved rapidly, cost-effectively, and with minimal disruption to your business.
M&E Projects: Beyond maintenance, our technical division is skilled in managing M&E projects. This includes equipment lifecycle replacements, energy-saving upgrades, and full support for office refurbishments and fit-outs, ensuring all new installations are efficient and sustainable.
We believe in accountability, which is why we self-deliver our technical services with our own in-house team of qualified engineers. Our mobile and site-based engineers are trained not only to respond to issues, but to take full ownership of your building infrastructure and assets.
