London HQ & other city offices
Following the consolidation of their staff from three London offices located across the city into one new office in central London, Anabas was appointed to deliver Facilities Management at Worldpay’s new global Group HQ.
The space is designed to improve collaboration amongst departments and hosts a series of completely unallocated desks across the floors. This was intentionally designed to improve interdepartmental collaboration, with more meetings taking place in the informal soft seating around the central restaurant and café. As a result, Worldpay wanted an extra level of focus across their floors and these key visitor areas throughout the site.
Anabas operates a Floor Captains service as part of the overall Facilities Management service at Worldpay. Each Floor Captain has responsibility for a specific floor and is responsible for making sure that it‘s maintained to the highest of standards, including the general office areas and meeting rooms.
This has resulted in a high level of service across the office and a highly proactive and visible Facilities Management service for Worldpay.
