In December of 2020, following a stringent procurement process, Anabas was awarded a five-year contract to provide a comprehensive range of facilities services across nine of RWE’s UK sites including its Swindon head office, spanning 150,000 sq. ft. Designed to deliver a truly integrated facilities management solution, our work includes both soft and hard services including cleaning, security, front of house, landscaping, mail room, electrical, mechanical and fabric planned and reactive, and support with physical and technological archiving of data.

Anabas went on a journey with RWE when it came to day-to-day techniques that would promote a five-star service. Technology underpins RWE’s headquarters and accompanying FM operations. From managing visitors and booking workspaces, to robotic vacuums and IoT sensors, an array of sophisticated solutions ensures a seamless functioning of the building.
