This World FM Day, with the theme “Cultivating belonging through built environments”, we are shining a light on the people behind that experience at Anabas. 

The role FM plays in the everyday workplace

Facilities Management is often behind the scenes, but it plays a very real role in how workplaces feel every day. From the moment someone arrives to the way a space supports focus, comfort and connection, FM helps shape environments where people can do their best work. 

To bring this to life, we asked colleagues across our Head Office and client sites a simple question: what difference does FM make in your everyday workplace? 

Their answers were honest, personal, and closely tied to the roles they play. 

Anabas colleagues shared what facilities management means to them, from creating safe, efficient and supportive workplaces to delivering seamless service, solving everyday challenges and helping people focus on what they do best.
