Anabas wins IFM Contract with Utility Giant, RWE

January 27, 2021

RWE has named corporate office FM specialist, Anabas as its new integrated facilities management (FM) provider across six of their UK sites including their prominent head office in Swindon.

Anabas managed the smooth transition of services from RWE’s incumbent supplier, and the five-year multimillion-pound contract commenced in December. Designed to deliver a truly integrated facilities management offering, the new contract will see Anabas provide a number of FM services including reception, security, mailroom management, cleaning, waste management, mechanical and electrical maintenance and building fabric maintenance.

Powering FM for RWE

Thomas Rasmussen, Head of Technical & Operational FM UK and International Projects at RWE commented:
