A new chapter for Anabas: Alistair Craig becomes Chairman, Paul Bean appointed Managing Director

Anabas is entering a new chapter as Alistair Craig transitions from Managing Director to Chairman and Paul Bean takes on the role of Managing Director. 

The appointments represent the next stage in Anabas’ journey, combining continuity in leadership with a clear focus on future growth, innovation and service excellence.

Alistair Craig becomes Chairman

Since joining Anabas in 2012, Alistair has overseen a sustained period of double-digit growth, helping establish Anabas as the £55 million corporate workplace services provider it is today. During his 14 years as Managing Director, Alistair has helped strengthened its position in the corporate workplace market and built long-standing partnerships with some of the world’s leading organisations.

As Chairman, Alistair will continue to support the long-term strategic direction of the business, working closely with the leadership team to drive continued growth, innovation and exceptional service for clients.

Paul Bean appointed Managing Director

Paul joins Anabas as Managing Director with more than 30 years’ leadership experience across the facilities management sector.

Throughout his career, Paul has led large, complex service organisations, delivered transformational change and driven sustained commercial growth across both UK and international markets.

As Managing Director, Paul will lead the next phase of Anabas’ growth, building on the strong foundations already in place. His focus will be on continuing to deliver exceptional service for clients, creating opportunities for colleagues and driving sustainable, long-term growth across the business.
