ANABAS IN NEW FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CONTRACT WITH TRANSUNION

Corporate office FM specialist Anabas has been appointed by consumer marketing and credit reference agency, TransUnion to manage its Facilities Management for the next three years at the firm’s head office.

The contract worth £1.5million will see Anabas providing a full range of facilities management services at TransUnion’s corporate 78,000 sq ft headquarters in Leeds city centre, which houses over 700 UK staff.

On the appointment, Hedia Merlin, Group Head of Facilities at TransUnion, said;

We chose Anabas as we wanted a provider that was of a size and scale to be able to professionally manage our facilities, with all the reassurances that are required from a cost, risk and compliance perspective but at the same time not so big that we did not feel important to them. With Anabas, the professionalism is there and I have a direct relationship with Alistair and the management team when needed.”

Anabas will be responsible for cleaning, M&E maintenance, building maintenance and an FM helpdesk provision.
