Anabas has appointed JP Stoker as Account Director and Ope Robinson-Wijngaarde as Transformation Director. The appointments strengthen the leadership team as the business enters its next phase of growth.
Both bring additional expertise across client service delivery, operational improvement and business transformation. Together, they will support the continued development of Anabas’ services, people and ways of working.
Anabas has achieved sustained double-digit growth in recent years, establishing itself as the £55 million facilities management provider it is today. The appointments follow the recent transition of Alistair Craig from Managing Director to Chairman and the appointment of Paul Bean as Managing Director.
Together, these changes reflect Anabas’ continued investment in its leadership, people and capabilities.
JP Stoker joined Anabas in September as Account Director. He brings extensive facilities management experience across M&E and total facilities management contracts.
Throughout his career, JP has led teams and services across complex facilities environments, as well as major contract mobilisations and continuous improvement programmes. In his new role, JP will manage a portfolio of client contracts across the UK, working closely with clients and operational teams to maintain performance. He will also identify opportunities for improvement and ensure services continue to support the organisations and people Anabas works with.
Ope Robinson-Wijngaarde joins Anabas in the newly created role of Transformation Director, bringing more than 10 years’ experience across engineering, compliance, business transformation and organisational development.
Working closely with the senior leadership team and colleagues across the business, Ope will identify opportunities to build on existing strengths, develop new approaches and support digital development and the continued evolution of service delivery. She will also lead internal communications, helping colleagues understand the changes taking place across Anabas and how they can contribute.
Paul Bean, Managing Director at Anabas, said:
“JP and Ope are joining us at an important point in our growth. Having the right leadership around us is critical to maintaining the standards our clients expect and creating the conditions for our people to do their best work.
These appointments strengthen our leadership team and give us greater capacity to focus on what matters: delivering consistently for our clients, enabling our people to perform at their best and continually improving how we operate. I’m delighted to welcome JP and Ope to Anabas and look forward to working with them as we build on the progress we’ve made.”
The appointments mark another important step in Anabas’ growth. With strengthened leadership and additional expertise across client delivery and transformation, the business is well positioned to build on its progress while continuing to deliver for clients and support its people.
