  • Statutory Compliance: We take on the critical responsibility of your building’s compliance. Our teams manage all statutory works, including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting, F-Gas regulations, and lift maintenance, providing a fully auditable trail and complete peace of mind.
  • 24/7 Reactive Maintenance: For unexpected issues, our reactive maintenance service is available 24 hours a day. All requests are managed by our dedicated FM Helpdesk, which coordinates our engineers to ensure any breakdown is resolved rapidly, cost-effectively, and with minimal disruption to your business.
