The technical expertise of the Anabas M&E maintenance division means you can rely on us to deliver all your M&E requirements. Our team of mobile and site-based engineers conduct plant and equipment installations, repairs, and ongoing building maintenance needs.
All M&E works we undertake are in line with industry standards, and our goal is to always reduce downtime and improve fix time in your workplace.
We work closely with our clients to create a planned preventative maintenance strategy that aims to prevent equipment failure and breakdowns, saving you time and money.
We continuously monitor our performance for all preventative maintenance works and use a data-driven approach to measure against KPIs that are important to you.
Anabas operates a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year reactive maintenance service for our contracted clients throughout the UK, to ensure that any breakdown or problem is resolved rapidly and cost-effectively.
All reactive M&E maintenance requests are directed to our dedicated Anabas Helpdesk where they are handled and managed by a team who cares. So, you can sit back and relax in the knowledge that you’re completely covered.
