New Home For Anabas

Corporate office FM specialist Anabas has expanded its operations and relocated its Headquarters to new premises in Darlington to support its continued growth.

 

New HQ, Same Leading FM Service

 

The business has moved from a shared space in Stokesley North Yorkshire to its own building which has been completely refurbished, undergoing a full renovation to accommodate its 30 staff based locally. At 10,000 sq ft, the space has enabled a significant change in infrastructure to allow the business to grow and recruit accordingly. The accessibility to transport links will also help the business to serve its national client base more easily.

Since the move one key senior appointment has already been made and the business is now recruiting for four additional permanent members of staff.

A successful 2015 and a flurry of recent new business, wins has made the move both necessary and possible; Anabas has a projected turnover increase of 20% in the next financial year which will accelerate the growth of its operations both regional and nationally.

On the move, Alistair Craig, Managing Director at Anabas, commented; “This relocation has been a really positive step for Anabas. It will provide us with access to great local talent and the ability to recruit in the region to support our expansion plans.”
