Corporate office FM specialist, Anabas select new QFM software

November 9, 2017

Leading FM specialist, Anabas has contracted with Service Works Group to implement their QFM software, a fully integrated suite of web-based management software tools, providing unparalleled control and monitoring of its facilities and operations.

Anabas Supporting QFM’s FM

Following an intensive selection process, Anabas chose the Computer Aided Facilities Management software, to help manage its FM service provision including maintenance, cleaning, catering, and helpdesk services.

Mike Campion, Finance Director at Anabas commented: “QFM was the only product with all the functionality that met our requirements. Our clients all have slightly differing needs and QFM gives us the insight and flexibility to meet their requirements. In particular, its reporting and information management capabilities are essential for making strategic decisions.”

Campion continues: “Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business, and we feel that the benefits QFM provides will help us continue to exceed our clients’ expectations”.

Anabas is already planning to extend its use of QFM, through implementation of the visitor management system and integrating the software with other systems, such as the Sage accounting program, to provide further streamlined support for businesses.
