Anabas is awarded facilities management contract with The Law Society

Anabas has been awarded a new three-year TFM contract by The Law Society, the independent professional body representing solicitors in England and Wales.

Designed to deliver a truly integrated facilities management offering, the new contract sees Anabas self-delivering security, reception, helpdesk, M&E, cleaning, and account management to five sites in London, Birmingham, and Cardiff. The sites across England and Wales comprise 15,500 square metres and includes the iconic 1832, grade II* listed building in Chancery Lane.

Anabas was awarded the contract in recognition of its innovative approach to service delivery, their focus on customer service excellence and their commitment to the learning and development of their people.

Tom Booton, Head of Corporate Real Estate at The Law Society said:

“We decided to tender to take our services to the next level, from functional delivery to end user focus, reflecting investments we have made in refurbishing space and our desire for technology enabled delivery. Anabas showed they could meet this challenge, and their culture & innovative approach to service delivery really stood out to us. We look forward to building a great partnership with Anabas to transform our FM service delivery.”

Alistair Craig, Managing Director of Anabas said:

“The Law Society is such a prestigious legal governing body, and we are extremely proud to have been awarded this contract. Our work will help The Law Society achieve efficiencies and improve overall service delivery.”

We would love to hear from you
