Right size, Right fit
As part of ‘Learning at Work Week’, we created a national competition titled ‘Reasons our Team is Brilliant’! All teams across the business were invited to enter, and entrants were required to identify practical skills and personal attributes for each team member as well as their random superpowers! The ‘A’ Team
The winning team was our brilliant cleaning team based at one of our client sites in Slough. Naming themselves as, ‘The ‘A’ Team, the range of practical and personal skills identified by the team included ‘going above and beyond to exceed all expectations’, ‘being supportive and friendly’ and ‘being passionate about their job’. Random superhero powers included ‘accepting all challenges’, ‘helping charities’, and ‘being an amazing baker’!
Speaking of her team, Monika Mazengo, Cleaning Manager at Anabas said,
“I am really proud of my ‘A’ team! We work so well together and we all enjoy the fact that the work we do makes a real difference to our client and the people who work here. We were all really pleased to have won this competition as we know there is a lot of brilliant teams at Anabas!”
