Building & Fabric Maintenance Services

Our building and fabric maintenance technicians are among the best in the business. And they’ll be dedicated to keeping your building safe and secure to optimise the investment you’ve made in your workplace.

You can choose our building and fabric maintenance provision as a standalone service, or as an integrated service along with mechanical and electrical maintenance. Whatever you decide, you can include a full variety of hard fm services such as: plumbing, door and lock repairs, drainage, ceiling tile and furniture or fittings repair and maintenance as well as redecoration, surveys, and inspections.

We take a proactive approach and carry out regular checks. And if we do need to do any maintenance work, then we’ll schedule it at the most appropriate times to minimise any disruption. Our goal is always to minimise the level of reactive maintenance for our clients, reducing down-time, improving fix time, and preventing minor building defects developing into more serious problems in the future.
