Our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services are the technical foundation of your building. Delivered by our in-house, qualified engineers, we manage every aspect of your building’s maintenance to ensure it remains safe, efficient, and 100% compliant.
Our goal is to protect your assets, reduce downtime, and improve fix times, all while being a seamless part of your Total Facilities Management (TFM).
From major plant and equipment installations to ongoing repairs, our mobile and site-based engineers have the expertise to deliver all your M&E requirements in line with the highest industry standards.
We believe in accountability, which is why we self-deliver our technical services with our own in-house team of qualified engineers. Our mobile and site-based specialists are more than reactive; they are trained to take full ownership of your building and assets.
Our primary focus is on protecting the long-term value of your property and ensuring 100% statutory compliance. We use data from our CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system to move from a “fix” mentality to a “prevent” culture, proactively managing your assets to reduce downtime and control costs.
Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) is a scheduled, proactive service designed to prevent failures and keep equipment running efficiently. Reactive maintenance is the fast, on-demand response to fix something that has already broken down. A successful M&E strategy balances both.
We employ a dedicated team of both mobile (multi-site) and site-based (single-site) engineers. This in-house expertise gives us greater control over quality, faster response times, and a deeper understanding of your specific building’s needs compared to using external subcontractors.
M&E is a core component of our Total Facilities Management (TFM) model. Our engineers work as one team with our on-site cleaning, security, and reception staff, providing a truly integrated service where all maintenance is centrally managed and seamlessly delivered.
